Much to Our regrets, brianna's Kindergarten class has been dissolved. Another school needed teachers more than Windermere did and they have transfered her. Brianna really liked her spunky, fun, nice LDS teacher. I expected some possible tears from her when I told her the news or at least some adjustment time. But as soon as she heard she was going to Ms Reeves class, she squeeled, "oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness! That's Ivy and Jaedon's teacher! I am going to be with my friends!". She was literally jumping up and down!
They took the kids to their new class this afternoon for introductions, but as Bri was home sick, she missed it so we will have to get there extra early to find our new spot. At least there was some good to come out of this!

Brandon baking???
Brandon and Melissa made Jasmine a great cake for her birthday. I had to snap a few pics
because I think I have only seen him in the kitchen a handful of times and if i had not seen it I may not have believed it!
I guess being on his own is really domesticating him! Either that or he is being nice helping Melissa with something she enjoys... Hope for him yet!

Survived Kindergarten!
Well Brianna had a great day. She enjoyed her teacher. Her favorite thing was breaking into fun stations and singing the crazy hokey pokey song in music. She got to see a few of her old friends at recess and made new friends on class. She is still excited to go tomorrow so I guess it went well!

Brianna's first day of school
So many emotions this morning.... My little girl started school. Excitement for her, worried that she will be scared, hopeful that she will make friends and love her teacher, her nervousness at being on her own, tired, and so many others. I think she will like her teacher, Mrs. Gillenwaters (Mrs. G). This is her first year teaching kindergarten, but she seems fun and excited. A little concerned about a few of the kids in the class... Just from open house and this morning we can tell there are at least 2 troublemakers. But the class has only 18 kids at the most so we will see. Brianna has 5 friends from church stArting at this kindergarten with her but somehow they all wound up in different classes.
Well, despite being late on the first day, Brianna did well and I am anxious to see how her day goes!
