Brianna was both nervous and excited about starting first grade this year. She hardly slept at all and came in 3 times to tell me to remember that she had school tomorrow. Of course I did not sleep either! She is taking after me in the respect that we cannot sleep the night before anything remotely important.
She had a great day her first day. She really likes her teacher Mrs. Gilbert. And of course, it did not hurt that her best friend Audrey Chambers was in class with her. They were jumping up and down with excitement when they found out.
